    with the regular weekly rides - 2 to 3 times
    it was a total of 5165 km - 3228 miles - avg. 100 km per ride
    Enough to "tackle" my first "Marmotte"

    Replaced the normal 700x23c with Continental Grand Prix - 700x20c
    further a 44/32/22 triple - 8-speed = 25-23-21-19-17-15-13-11
    instead of my normal 53/42/30 - 8speed = 28-25-21-19-17-16-15-13
    With 95 kilo's ( 209 lbs ) a nice gear
    to control a mountain like the Galibier - elev.2642m



    Afterwards I can tell you:
