The whole week a trip to Zurich(Frisian) v.v. was on the my mind.
Even the wind was not in the favourite spot and the temperature
was higher than normal, I decided
"It's NOW or NEVER"
Vollenhove-Bolsward-Zurich(Frisian)-Koudum-Lemmer-Vollenhove

It was 30C/86F that day with SE wind, 7 "bidons" were just enough.
Did really feel my legs after 7 hrs and 15 minutes on the road.
The next day, ride #54, together with Bram,Rein and Frans...I was glad that
I could hold their wheel......nearly killed myself...Pfff.Pff...
I was really "overdone", on Tuesday, ride #55, with Siemen and Rein
the "shape" was there.
